Our Support Plans are designed for those customers who need the availability and
support of a qualified Systems Specialist but cannot justify the time and expense
of having a full time Systems person on staff.
If your business requires support on a regular (but not full time) basis, or if you
need the assurance that expert support will be there when you need it, then we have
a Support Plan that can work for you.
Our plans will provide you with the support you need at a fraction of the cost of
full time support. And, when compared with the cost of calling in a Systems Specialist
on an as-needed basis, the savings are even greater.
All Support Plans include On-Site Support*, Phone Support, e-mail Support, and Web
Our Support Plans provide our Customers with Systems Support Monday through Friday,
8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern)(Holidays excepted). Support Plan Customers also benefit
from a lower hourly rate (compared to our regular hourly rate) for any hours in excess
of the hours covered by their Support Plan.
